Music Therapy is Likely Already in Your LifeAuthor: Cindy Browne
Music therapy just doesn’t get the recognition that it deserves. Many people think it is nothing more than just a crock. Yet it can be a very effective form of therapy for people of all ages. It is to help you relax as they know many individuals become quite anxious before their appointments.
